Refund policy

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied, we're pleased to assist with refunds, exchanges or issue store credit. Please note that we only issue refunds/exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store.

For purchases made through one of our retail partners, please adhere to their respective store policies. Kindly liaise directly with the retailer, as they operate independently.

For online purchases, refund, exchange requests or store credit requests are permissible within 14 days of receiving your order. If you're purchasing a gift and require more time, please reach out to our store before placing your order. During the winter holiday season, our return policy may be extended. We'll only process exchanges and returns for unworn jewelry in its original condition. Please be aware that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, store credit or exchange value. Rest assured, store credits have no expiration date.

Custom items, items purchased during sales or promotions, resized rings (including one-of-a-kind rings sized upon purchase), and international orders are NOT eligible for return, exchange, credit, or refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
